Shield

Conquer the field with a wooden Shield. The shield is lightweight and made from 6mm thick plywood with a draw handle and two pieces of dowel glued to each end of the handle to give me the desired room for my hand to fit. The shield is 280mm in diameter and the single handhold provides great maneuverability.

The loop on top means I can hang it on my shorts using my diy waist clip with hook between rounds. If you make a wooden shield and are playing in wet environments, coat your shield with timber varnish to preserve it’s life.
